Role & Responsibilities:
• Execution of digital communication plan to enhance stakeholder engagement & bolster Vistara brand visibility across mediums.
• Knowledge of web 2.0 technologies for managing IC / PR digital channels with focus on content management and communication direction.
• Innovate and conceive approaches to develop engaging digital collateral.
• Understanding of new media landscape and experience of working with design/ social media agencies.
• Content development and editing – Script for podcasts, videos, social media, corporate films etc. Good knowledge and capability to use editing tools
• Knowledge about managing evangelist program, Social Media influencers through innovative tools and approaches.
• Flair for content writing and editing
• Knowledge of publishing process and experience of coordinating with print & publishing agency for production of magazines and corporate reports
• Ability to brief the specifications clearly and negotiate with service providers within approved budget. Regular follow up and engagement with agency/ service providers for timely and quality deliverables.
• Knowledge of ways of working in service industry.
• Experience in maintenance of structured knowledge repository.
• Understand unique business requirements and manage within the overall organizational policies and processes.
• Support various functions in the organization with creative concepts and content development for their campaigns.

• Experience of working in multinational organizations and with global teams.
• Minimum 7 years of experience preferably in aviation or service industry with 1 year of experience in a design agency.
